I am interested in having a backpack manufactured. Can I customize the design and have my logo on it?

Yes, definitely. We mainly manufacture according to our customers’ specific instructions and designs. You can basically define everything including bag shape, size, color, materials, features and logo etc., and we can manufacture your backpack based on your fully customised instructions.​

Yes, we can send a sample for your inspection. In fact, we always suggest making a sample for approval before production. We think this is a good way to ensure that everything is right for you, and we trust it will also avoid misunderstanding.

Sample charge is around $20~$200 according to the cost of material, mould and labor. Customers will also bear the shipping cost for sending the samples.

Our sample time is about 2 to 25 days according to your detail requirement of the sample. It take about 7–14 days to make a new mould.

Usually the MOQ is 300pcs. If your order quantity is less than MOQ, sometime it is also workable, but the cost will be relatively higher.

Our production lead time is 35 – 50 days upon order confirmation and receipt of deposit.

We have SEDEX, BSCI, DISNEY, ISO9001, WALMART, etc.

First, we need to receive your bag design and instructions. If possible, detailed artwork is preferred because we can then fully understand what you are looking for. You can also consider sending us a physical sample for our reference, if it is available. We can return it back to you after use.
We will then review your instructions and comment back. We will try to provide a rough quotation at this stage. If you feel that the rough price is within acceptable range, we can proceed with the sampling stage.
Upon completion, we will send the proto sample to you and provide a quotation. If there is any comment, or if there are any adjustment needs to be made, we can continue to work together until we are ready for order placement.

We have strict quality control. When the raw materials arrive, we have the first-round of inspection. Before releasing the materials to the workshop, we have the second-round of inspection. During mass production, we arrange inspection for semi-finished products. After mass production, we have the final procedure of inspection. Besides, for most of the products, we have one-year warranty.

No, we are not a trading company. We are a bag manufacturer who owns and manages our own factories. This gives us much better control in terms of quality of work and allows us to be more competitive on price.

We manufacture bags using a wide range of materials including Oxford cloth, polyester, nylon, canvas, EVA, neoprene, and PVC. For eco-friendly products, we offer recycled PET fabric, non-toxic TPU, and biodegradable materials that meet international standards. All materials can be customized according to your requirements, and we provide material certificates upon request. If you have a specific fabric type or color in mind, we can source or develop it for your order.

Tactical bags feature MOLLE systems, waterproof construction, and modular designs. OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) means we produce bags according to your brand’s specifications, including your logo, labels, packaging, and design. You provide the design or idea, and we handle the manufacturing, quality control, and delivery under your brand name. Our factory can produce private-label bags for retailers, distributors, and brands worldwide. We also support ODM (Original Design Manufacturing), where we can design and produce bags based on your requirements.

The sample development process starts with your design or specifications. We create a sample within 7-15 days, depending on complexity. You review the sample, provide feedback, and we make any adjustments needed. Once approved, we proceed to mass production. For simple products, samples can be ready in 5-7 days. For complex custom designs, it may take up to 20 days. Sample charges are usually refundable upon placing a bulk order.

Yes, you are welcome to visit our factory in Quanzhou, Fujian Province. We can assist with travel arrangements, and our sales team can accompany you during the visit to show our production lines, quality control processes, and finished products. For international buyers who cannot visit in person, we offer video factory tours, third-party inspection services, and detailed product photos/videos before shipment.

Our factory has a monthly production capacity of approximately 500,000 pieces, depending on product complexity and materials. We have multiple production lines and experienced workers to handle large orders efficiently. For urgent orders, we can increase production capacity by scheduling additional shifts. We have successfully delivered large orders to major retailers and brands in North America, Europe, and Australia.

We have a strict quality control system with inspections at every stage: material incoming inspection, in-process inspection during production, and final inspection before packaging. We use professional testing equipment to check fabric strength, zipper durability, stitching quality, and color fastness. We also conduct drop tests, weight tests, and waterproof tests for specific products. We can arrange third-party inspections (SGS, BV, TUV) if required.

We offer multiple shipping methods including sea freight (most cost-effective for bulk orders), air freight (faster delivery for urgent orders), and express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS) for samples and small orders. We can arrange shipping via FOB, CIF, or DDP terms, depending on your preference. Our team handles export documentation, customs clearance, and container loading. We also work with reliable freight forwarders to provide competitive rates.

We provide a warranty period of 12 months from the date of delivery for manufacturing defects. If any quality issues are identified during this period, we will replace the defective products or provide a refund, depending on the situation. We also offer after-sales support for any questions or concerns. For large orders, we conduct pre-shipment inspections to minimize issues. We maintain good communication with our clients after delivery to ensure satisfaction.

We accept payment via T/T (bank transfer), L/C (letter of credit), and Western Union. The standard payment terms are 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. For new customers, we offer flexible terms: you can pay the full amount before shipment, or arrange a 50% deposit with the remaining 50% after inspection. For repeat customers with good payment history, we can offer credit terms. We also accept Alibaba Trade Assurance for added security.
